My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I also specialize in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE). In our sessions, I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings.
